We’re just as happy to let you know that the redesigned 2018 BMW X3 is expected to arrive at BMW dealerships throughout the nation this fall, including ours. The new BMW X3 will be available in two trims, the xDrive30i and the M40i. These trims are mostly differentiated from one another based on their engines. The first trim will be powered by a turbocharged two-liter, four-cylinder engine. The M40i model will have a more powerful turbocharged three-liter, six-cylinder engine.
While the brand we represent hasn’t released a full list of the vehicle’s standard features yet, we expect the base trim of the 2018 BMW X3 to come with 18-inch alloy wheels, adjustable driving modes, tri-zone automatic climate control, a pre-collision warning system, and the iDrive infotainment system.
If you upgrade to the available 10.3-inch touchscreen, your vehicle will have hands-free gesture controls as well as navigation. A heads-up display, Apple CarPlay, and a WiFi hotspot will also be optional for the 2018 BMW X3.
